How we deliver

Ossify Tech builds business software for companies across the Rio Grande Valley.

Most of our work replaces spreadsheets and manual processes that have outgrown themselves: scheduling, inventory, quoting, compliance records. The systems are rarely glamorous and they usually save real hours.

We deliver in fixed-price phases. Each phase has a defined scope, an agreed price and a date, and ends with software you can actually use rather than a milestone on a plan.

Changes are quoted before they are built. Requests outside the agreed scope are priced in writing and wait for your approval. Declining one costs nothing and the phase continues as scoped.

Everything is set up in your name. Repositories, hosting and licences from the first week, with documentation written so another developer could take over without speaking to us.

Working with us

Mainstream technology. We build in tools your team can hire for locally rather than something only we understand.

Bilingual delivery. Most of our team works in English and Spanish, which matters for training and for customer-facing systems in this market.

Support on rolling terms. Thirty days, no annual lock-in, and the same rates whether we built the system or inherited it.

Honest assessments. Where a commercial product would serve you better than a custom build, we will say so before quoting.
